Production note: confirm the operating company, retention schedule, service providers, and state-law requirements with qualified counsel before publication.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information collected through this marketing website and its business inquiry form. It does not describe the handling of customer infrastructure or video data under a services agreement; those practices depend on the contracted service, customer systems, and applicable terms.
2. Information you submit
The assessment form collects name, work email, company, optional phone number, number of locations, requested service, infrastructure description, approximate scale, coverage needs, and a message. Do not submit credentials, security secrets, sensitive diagrams, footage, or regulated personal information.
3. Technical information
The hosting platform may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, user agent, and error or security logs. This implementation does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
4. How information is used
Submitted information is used to review service fit, respond to the inquiry, arrange discovery, protect the form from abuse, maintain site security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Service providers
The website is designed for deployment on Vercel. When configured, form delivery uses the Resend email API. The homepage also requests its video and operational photography from Pexels or the media host configured by the site operator. These providers may receive standard request information needed to host the site, deliver media or messages, prevent abuse, and maintain their services under their own terms.
6. Cookies and analytics
This implementation does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential platform security or delivery mechanisms may change; the published policy should be updated if analytics, consent tools, or additional cookies are introduced.
7. Retention
Business inquiry records should be kept only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. A production retention period must be adopted internally before launch.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should be used for inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable thresholds, state law may provide rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Verified requests should be evaluated and answered as required by applicable law.
10. Contact
Questions or requests may be submitted through the contact page. Additional verified company contact information should be added before production.
